Sometimes the first step to undertaking a building project is to work out whether your budget will meet your expectations. Designs that exceed budgets are not uncommon in residential building.

At OPL we use the '4plan system' to map out your initial ideas and see how well it stacks up to your budget. This process has a very high success rate and it will amaze you how much you know. 

Once past the initial budgeting you will have feel more in control and ready to go to the next phase of design whether that be with your chosen architects / designer or to sign a building contract.
